mod 15.      Customized kedar rail awning       
                   using PVC conduit and rebar

Fits the keder c-rail slot. Approx cost $115 for nylon and the custom sewing job. The nylon is a repurposed quality tent fly, approximately 7’ X 10’. The conduit (four 5 foot pieces for simple bundling) slides over 2 short pieces of rebar ( 12") that are pounded into the ground. Two white plastic clips act as a mini-clamps to hold the rope in the rail and prevent the awning from blowout if it is windy. A fraction of the cost when compared to most after market suppliers of awnings.

Total cost for all came to approx. $170.
